We use web conferencing software for our live online class. Upon registration, you will be sent an e-mail containing schedule & URL to join the class. You just need to click on the URL at scheduled date and time and you'll be in the class in no time. Yes ! It is that simple.

Voice is integrated in our web conferencing software. You will be able to hear the instructor through your computer integrated speakers/ headsets and will be able to talk using the microphone.

Minimum requirements to attend live online training for Windows / Mac:

• Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000 SP4, XP SP2, 2003 R2, or Vista
• Intel x86 (Pentium 400MHZ +) or compatible processor
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 1.5 or higher, Mozilla 1.7 or higher, , or Netscape 8.1 or higher
• JavaScript and cookies must be enabled
• Recommend ActiveX be enabled for Internet Explorer
• 56K or faster Internet connection

For hands on practice, participants will be provided access to the environment accessible over internet. This environment will be available to you 24 hours a day during the training course so that you can practice as much as you would like to.

In case you get stuck during the practice, you'll be able to share your desktop with the class or instructor. So it would be just like the instructor looking over your shoulder to your screen in a traditional classroom.

Some of the sessions are conducted in Rapid training mode(RTM). In RTM, instructor demonstrates all the processes in-detail and answers the queries of the attendees but there is no hands-on. Attendees can learn the concepts and practice in their own environment later. Given the nature and short duration of the training, it is not possible to allow hands-on. This training is best for those who want to quickly brush up their knowledge on Oracle Fusion and start delivering quickly in real-life. Short duration of the session allows them to commit lesser time on training in learning the concepts.

A: You will be provided a WebEx or GoTo meeting link accessing which you can join the training session.

Q: How will I access the audio?

A: You can access the audio using WebEx or GoTo meeting as well.

Q: Can I ask questions during the session?

A: Of course, you can. We take schedule break to answer any questions.

Q: What if I miss the session or certain part of the session?

A: After the training, we will provide the access to training videos using which you can complete your training.

Q: What if I have questions after I finish the training?

A: After the training, we proivde one month email support for your questions.

Q: Will there be a hands-on session?

A: It depends upon the kind of training. For One day fast track module training, hands-on sessions are not available.

Q: How many students you allow in a session?

A: In order to make the session productive, we do not allow more than 20 students per session.

Q: How many trainers you allow in a session?

A: Generally 1 but sometimes two trainers also attend to share more insights.

Q: Do I get any documentation or user guides?

A: No documentation or user guides. Recording videos can be referred to refresh your knowledge. All standard Oracle guides are available on Oracle website online at Oracle Documentation.

Q: Will I be able to implement modules learnt after training?

A: Yes, you will becauase we will teach you step-by-step. You also need to enhance your business knowledge to be able to provide solution or translate requirements to system processes.

Q: Can I reschedule the training after making payment?

A: Though not recommended becauase we book trainers schedule accordingly yet we can review on case-by-case basis.

Q: Can I cancel the training after making payment?

A: Any cancellation received 24 hrs before the schedule class are refunded. No questions asked.

Q: Can I cancel the training after the class starts?

A: Any cancellation done within 2hrs of class start are refunded. No questions asked. Beyond 2 hrs, no refunds will be given.
