If you like our training join our referral reward program called LOTRRY. LOTRRY stands for - Live Online Training Referral Reward for You. Refer your friends and colleagues to us. If they join our course, you earn a referral reward as a token of appreciation. Typically this reward will be 10% of course fee, but it may vary for some of the courses. Q: Is course material provided for the training?
A: No documentation or user guides. Recording videos can be referred to refresh your knowledge.
Q: How many attendees can attend the session?
A: In order to make the session productive, we do not allow more than 10 students per session.
Q: During the session, can someone join from WebEx as well?
A: Generally not allowed. Only on exceptional circumstances, we can discuss.
Q: Do the attendees need prior knowledge of Oracle ERP?
A: Though not essential but if there are more freshers in the class then the pace of the session will slow down.
Q: What if I have questions after I finish the training?
A: After the training, we proivde one month email support for your questions.
Q: Will there be a hands-on session?
A: It depends upon the kind of training. For One day fast track module training, hands-on sessions are not available.
Q: Will there be lab exercises?
A: Yes, lab exercises will be provided.
Q: How many trainers you allow in a session?
A: 1 trainer.
Q: Will I be able to implement modules learnt after training?
A: Yes, you will because we will teach you step-by-step. You also need to enhance your business knowledge to be able to provide solution or transalte requirements to system processes.
Q: Can I reschedule the training after making payment?
A: Though not recommended becauase we book trainers schedule accordingly yet we can review on case-by-case basis.
Q: Does your trainng cost includes your travel related expenses?
A: Yes, our price will include total cost to your organization including airfare/hotel/meals etc.
Q: Can I cancel the training after making payment?
A: Any cancellation received within 96 hrs after the payment are refunded. No questions asked. No refund after 96 hours.
